1 / Is there anything I need to prepare myself?
No need to prepare anything. We will provide all consumables (fish feed, etc.) However, you will need a power supply to connect to the filter and lights, so you will need a location for an outlet and a faucet to use for maintenance.
2 / How often is maintenance required?
We will visit once a week for maintenance by professional Japanese aquarist. During maintenance, we will do water changes, check the health of fish, adjust the layout, and report back to you.
3 / What to do when a power outage occurs?
It is not a problem if the power goes out for about 2 hours. If there is no generator and the area is subject to frequent power outages, we can install a backup power battery.
4/ What should I do if I will be gone for a long period of time?
As long as you feed the fish well on a regular basis, you do not need to feed them for about 4 to 5 days. If you will be away for an extended period of time on vacation, or if you are unable to feed the fish due to long company vacations, please contact us in advance so that we can arrange for an automatic feeder to be available during your vacation period.
5 / What should I do if I found out something is wrong with my fish or equipment?
Please contact us first. We will assess the situation and take action. If you notice anything unusual, please contact us. In case of emergency, we can respond as much as faster.
6 / What should I do if a fish dies?
Please remove the fish from the aquarium using the netting provided and inform to us. If a fish or shrimp dies, please scoop it out with the net provided and remove it from the aquarium. Please contact us so that we can replenish the tank with the same fish or shrimp at the next maintenance. If a large number of fish die at once, there may be a problem with the tank, so please contact us immediately.
7 / Can I put fish that I bought myself in the aquarium?
Please do not put fish that you have bought yourself into the aquarium, as they may bring in diseases or parasites. we only put fish that have been treated (to make sure they do not have any diseases or parasites) into our aquariums. In order to maintain a beautiful aquarium, please feel free to contact us if you have any fish that you would like to put in your aquarium.
8 / Is there anything I need to be aware of?
Never use insecticides in the same room. All fish and shrimp will most likely die. Always ventilate the room when smoking cigarettes in the same room as the tank.
9 /Are the water plants real?
It is real. It grows by the LED light. we offer aquariums with real aquatic plants so that you can enjoy real nature and watching them grow.
10 / Do I have to buy each time when the fish dies or runs out of food?
Supplies such as bait and other consumables and replenishment in case a fish dies are included in the monthly fee. We will provide in small portions at the time of regular maintenance. If a fish dies, please contact us and we will replenish the same fish.
11 / Is there any odor from the tank water?
No odor will be generated from a professionally cleaned and maintained aquarium.
12 /How many fish i can put in the tank?
30cm tank: around 15 fish and 10 shrimps. 60cm tank: around 35 fish and 20 shrimps. 90cm tank: aroound 90 fish and many shrimps.
